She was highly responsive and worked hard to find us someone for a short-term, limited-hours placement--a tricky one to fill. Beyond that, she helped us as non-UK citizens to navigate the taxation and pension system by directing us to a friend who could counsel us on these details. What could have been a huge headache was very manageable, thanks to Angela. And none of that is yet to touch on the nanny she found for us, who was tremendous, very gentle with our sometimes rambunctious boys yet somehow consistently keeping them in line. Such a service does not come for free of course, but the charges are reasonable for the excellent value.
