It's a family run business like it should be and Mark will make time for you during and after the sale to ensure everything is perfect. I have just purchased my second bike from him .Spent a few days on it and decided it needed a few adjustments for fit .Mark made time to help me with this . If you are looking for a quality bike and want to receive quality service in the process give Mark a go. He has a brilliant selection of Whyte bikes and will service all makes as well
